How do I know the part fits my vehicle?

Give the exact reference or the original part number, the model, the year and the quantity, and we have that reference confirmed by the factory before the order is placed. A part that does not fit is worth nothing to your shop, so the reference is checked before payment, not after delivery.

Do auto parts need a certificate of conformity?

Yes, for regulated consignments. Verification of conformity has been mandatory since 1 February 2020, and the certificate of conformity is issued per shipment by an authorised body, SGS, Intertek, TUV, Bureau Veritas or Santiq, then presented to customs. There are two routes, pre-shipment verification in the country of origin or verification on arrival for some categories, and the scope depends on the tariff classification. We check it shipment by shipment, never by assumption.

How are tyres and heavy parts shipped?

By sea, in a shared container or a full one. Freight is billed on the greater of volume or weight, so a pallet of tyres is priced on its real tonnage. The price you receive is a delivered price, built on the full cost: goods, freight, insurance, customs duty, VAT, clearance and local charges.

How is the final price built, and how long does it hold?

From the landed cost, never from the FOB price: factory price, freight, insurance, customs duty, VAT, clearance fees and local charges, divided by the number of units. Duty and VAT rates depend on the HS code of each reference and are computed with the tariff in force, not estimated. A price holds for 30 days, and it is re-worked if USD/MAD moves by more than 2 percent.

How long does an auto parts order take?

Sea freight from China typically runs 30 to 45 days, and the whole operation, production included, runs 2 to 3 months. A source in Turkey or Europe shortens the sea leg. Your real timeline is fixed in the contract from the start. The full sequence is set out in how an import runs.

What is the minimum order, and how does payment work?

Orders start at 50,000 MAD and are paid in advance. We do not issue free quotes: a written contract is drawn up and signed before any payment, and it sets out what protects you if goods are damaged, lost or delayed. To describe what you need, the contact page prepares the WhatsApp message to us.
