We source and import kitchen appliances, home appliances and kitchenware for resellers, hardware shops, kitchen shops and retailers in Morocco. This page says what we buy, and what you have to check on your side before paying.
Small kitchen appliances: mixers, blenders, hand mixers, air fryers, electric kettles, cooking and preparation appliances. Home appliances: electric water heaters, fans. And the kitchen side proper: cookware sets, pans and pots, nylon and silicone utensils, dishes and storage.
These families appear on the what we source page, with the other sectors. A product that is not on the list is sourced too: if it is made, we can look for it.
Describe the product you need on WhatsAppThat is settled at the order, not on arrival. Morocco runs on 220 to 240 V and 50 Hz, with type C and E plugs. A factory that mainly sells to the United States or Japan will ship 110 V: the voltage, the frequency, the plug type and the power rating have to be written in black and white on the spec sheet, and checked before the goods leave.
For an appliance with a heating element or a motor, also ask for the real power in watts. Two appliances that look alike can draw twice as much as each other.
The spec sheet and the voltage, first. Then the material that touches food: food grade stainless steel cannot be guessed, it is read on the sheet and checked on a sample. Then the wear parts: gaskets, blades, heating elements, filters, and whether you can reorder them later. Finally the packaging, because appliances travel in stacked cartons and light packaging is paid for in breakage.
The same four pieces as for any import: the commercial or pro forma invoice, describing the goods in French and carrying the HS code when it is known; the import commitment authorised by the Foreign Exchange Office; the customs declaration; and the importer's ICE identifier.
If the product falls inside the conformity verification scope, the shipment's certificate of conformity is added to the file. It is issued by an authorised body and presented to customs. Your broker files the declaration; we prepare the file on the supplier's side.
Everything is paid in advance, and the contract is signed before a single dirham moves. We do not do free quotes: searching a product, comparing factories and checking what can be checked is work.
We also do not take an order below 50,000 MAD of goods.
A real import runs two to three months from order to delivery: production, then 33 to 49 days of LCL sea freight, then clearance. Sea freight from China typically runs 30 to 45 days, and Turkey or Europe are faster.
On quantity, the floor is a value, not a piece count: 50,000 MAD of goods at minimum. Depending on the product that is a few units or many, and your market decides.
You are, as the importer of the goods. Morocco's conformity verification regime, mandatory since 1 February 2020 for regulated imports, puts the check on the importer, shipment by shipment.
Our role stops where the signature starts: we gather the pieces, we tell you what we cannot certify, and we never sign a declaration of conformity in your place.
Home appliances are often among the products this verification covers: the scope is confirmed with your broker before shipment, product by product. To start, describe the product, the quantity, the voltage you need and the intended use on the contact page, or send the same list on WhatsApp. You get a written answer, with what we can guarantee and what we cannot.
