VR attractions and amusement parks

We source and import VR attractions and amusement park equipment for operators, arcades and parks in Morocco. What is expensive in this family is not the purchase: it is equipment that breaks down with no spare parts and no documentation.

FAQ

Which equipment do you cover?

VR seats and kiosks, simulators and motion platforms, VR headsets and accessories, arcade machines, and entertainment equipment for arcades and amusement parks.

These families are listed on the what we source page. A specific model is sourced on request: send the reference, a video or a photo.

Describe the attraction you need on WhatsApp

Does the equipment arrive ready to run?

It has to be decided before the order. What you ask the factory for: the installation manual and the user manual in French or English, the list of wear parts with their references, installation and commissioning, training for an operator, and remote technical support.

Also check the licences for the games or the content: whether the content is included, for how long, and what happens when the licence ends. A powerful attraction with no updated content stops on its own.

What should I check before ordering?

Real capacity first: number of seats, length of a session, players per hour. Then the electricity: power draw, voltage and frequency, and whether your premises can take the connection. Then the floor and the space, because a moving platform moves. Finally the wear parts, the motors and the cylinders, their availability and their reorder lead time. An attraction is only profitable if it runs.

And safety, who handles that?

The machine must carry its marking and its safety documentation, and you must run it according to the manual: harnesses, emergency stop, daily checks, operator training. We issue no operating authorisation, no certificate and no approval, and we do not claim to hold any.

Your freight forwarder confirms, product by product, whether the equipment falls inside the scope of conformity verification on import.

Who installs, who trains, and who maintains?

Those three answers have to be written into the contract, otherwise they are worth nothing. Most often the factory provides the installation procedure, the parts list and remote support, and your local team assembles it. Where a technician has to travel, that is negotiated before the order, with the trip and the stay costed.

For maintenance, have a set of wear parts and consumables delivered with the first order. Waiting for the first breakdown to order a part means closing the attraction for several weeks.

What documents are needed, and how does payment work?

The same four pieces as for any import: the commercial or pro forma invoice, describing the goods in French and carrying the HS code when it is known; the import commitment authorised by the Foreign Exchange Office; the customs declaration; and the importer's ICE identifier.

Everything is paid in advance, and the contract is signed before a single dirham moves. We do not do free quotes: searching a product, comparing factories and checking what can be checked is work.

We also do not take an order below 50,000 MAD of goods.

How long does an import take, and how do we start?

A real import runs two to three months from order to delivery: production, then 33 to 49 days of LCL sea freight, then clearance. Sea freight from China typically runs 30 to 45 days, and Turkey or Europe are faster.

On quantity, the floor is a value, not a piece count: 50,000 MAD of goods at minimum. Depending on the product that is a few units or many, and your market decides.

For heavy volumes, freight is charged on volume rather than on weight, and a full container justifies itself quickly. To start, describe the equipment, the space available, the electricity on site and your operating budget on the contact page, or send the list on WhatsApp.
